Scope
These Sales Terms apply when you subscribe to a paid SwitchPilot plan. They supplement the Terms of Service. By placing an order, you confirm that the billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Plans
SwitchPilot offers a FREE plan and a PRO plan. The features, environments and limits available depend on the selected plan. Current operational limits are shown on the Pricing page and in the documentation.
- FREE currently includes limited projects and feature flags and the Development environment.
- PRO currently adds unlimited projects and flags, Production and other paid capabilities listed on Pricing.
Plans and features may evolve. Material reductions affecting a paid period will be handled with reasonable notice and without overriding mandatory rights.
Price and taxes
SwitchPilot Pro: €19 per month
Monthly recurring subscription. Checkout is the final reference for the amount due.
The checkout may display prices including or excluding taxes depending on the country, location evidence and rules applied by Paddle. For France, the current price may appear as €19 including tax when Paddle applies tax-inclusive pricing. The exact total is displayed before the order is confirmed.
Localised prices, currency conversions and available payment methods can vary by country. SwitchPilot does not guarantee that every country will be charged exactly €19 in its local currency.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle is the seller of record at checkout and manages payment collection, applicable taxes, subscription transactions, refunds and payment documents under its applicable terms.
- Paddle may appear on invoices, receipts or payment-card statements.
- Billing details, tax information and payment methods are processed under Paddle's rules and privacy information.
- SwitchPilot stores Paddle customer and subscription identifiers needed to synchronise access.
- SwitchPilot does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
Subscription and renewal
PRO is a monthly recurring subscription. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically and Paddle charges the payment method for each new billing period. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
If cancellation is scheduled for period end, PRO access normally remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to the subscription state reported by Paddle.
Cancellation
Cancel through the Billing area or the Paddle Customer Portal. Unless the portal states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no further renewal charge should occur after it becomes effective.
When PRO ends, the account may be downgraded to FREE. Paid capabilities, including Production and limits above FREE, may become unavailable. Current code does not immediately delete projects solely because they exceed FREE limits; however, access to create or use resources beyond FREE limits may be restricted. Export or adjust important configurations before the paid period ends.
Account deletion cancels the subscription
Deleting the SwitchPilot account requests immediate Paddle cancellation before local data is removed. If Paddle cannot confirm cancellation, account deletion is stopped. Immediate cancellation does not create an automatic prorated refund except where required by law or expressly approved.
Failed payments
Paddle may retry a failed payment or invite you to update the payment method. PRO access may remain temporarily available while Paddle reports a retry-eligible state. Continued failure, cancellation or another ineligible subscription state may result in suspension of paid features or downgrade to FREE.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, request procedures, exceptions and processing conditions are described in the SwitchPilot Refund Policy.
Read the Refund Policy: https://switchpilot.dev/refund-policy
Cancellation prevents future renewals after it becomes effective but does not automatically create a prorated refund for the current billing period. Paid access normally continues until the end of that period. Paddle processes approved refunds as Merchant of Record. Mandatory consumer and other legal rights remain applicable and take precedence.
Price changes
A reasonable notice will be provided before a price change applies to a future renewal, where required. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. A historical price continues only if explicitly granted; it is not guaranteed by default.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Although SwitchPilot is primarily intended for professional use, mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where a purchaser qualifies as a consumer. For digital services that begin immediately, the effect of a withdrawal right, early performance request or acknowledgement may depend on the consent and information collected at checkout and on the law applicable to the purchaser.
These Sales Terms do not state that every user automatically waives a right of withdrawal. The checkout record and mandatory local rules take precedence.
